My Reiki Journey

My name is Ian Sutherland and I live in Urquhart near Elgin in Moray. 

In 2017 I was going through a series of traumatic personal and emotional issues.  I had previously consulted various counsellors, but the benefits didn't seem to last long-term.  The following year I happened to meet a Reki practitioner who suggested that I try a treatment.  The effects were both amazing and hard to describe; I felt simultaneously relaxed, energised and more able to address the issues I was facing.

In discussions with my practitioner after I had undergone four Reiki treatments, I learned that it is possible to heal oneself and others by means of a process known as 'attunement' facilitated by a Reki master.  This would allow me to deliver Angelic Reiki to anyone who felt that their life and/or body was out of balance, including myself !

In October, 2018, I was attuned to levels 1 and 2 of Angelic Reiki and qualified as a Reiki Practitioner. In January, 2020, I was attuned to levels 3 and 4 and I am now qualified as a Reiki master.
